What You Supply

  • Tables and chairs for each guest and a table up front for the painting demonstration

  • Access to water for painting and cleaning brushes

  • Location with good lighting

  • Please tell your guests to wear clothes they can paint in

Painting Choices

  • We will paint one subject/canvas at your painting party event

  • You may choose one painting from the painting choices page

  • Canvas size is 16×20

Painting Party Start Time

  • We will arrive one hour before the class to set up and stay one half hour after to collect our supplies

  • Please have all guests arrive 15 minutes before the class starts

  • Each class can average 2-3 or 3-4 hours depending on the painting you choose (all paintings are great fun to paint)

Cost

  • Adult standard class— $35 per person

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure the date

  • Please fill out the contract and enclose the deposit at the time of registration

  • Cancellations require 7 days notice – (materials are purchased ahead of time)

  • Painting parties more than 50 miles round trip from our address may require an extra $20 fuel cost

Attendance

  • There is an 8-person minimum requirement for all painting parties

  • One week before your event, contact Peacock Creations Painting Parties with a final guest list

  • Peacock Creations Painting Parties is not responsible for the failure of an individual to appear

  • In case of the instructor’s illness or need for instructor to cancel, money will be refunded

Payment

  • Please collect payment from your guests in advance

  • Total payment due upon our arrival

  • Total payment equals number of guests times $35— less deposit of $50 dollars
